Hmm...that's not an easy answer. I would be able to fix that photo, but I have lots of experience with the whole photoshop line. I don't think I can just tell you how you can fix it, it would just rather have to be done. There are many tutorials and books that can teach you everything about it. I'd start there.
I, personally, would take another composition of the sky on a cloudy day, then replace your gray sky with it. It would be great. Others might not recommend that.
