Just came across this video about Carl Warner who is a London-based photographer and is creating amazing table top landscapes out of fruits and veggies.
I don't know him and don't need to make advertisement for him but in the video you'll see that he has a book out called "food landscapes". And if you google that you'll see way more of his landscapes ... to me his skills are fascinating.
