Good job getting your entry up so quickly Kimchi! Very interesting picture, that is indeed not something most of us are used to seeing.

I could never get my head round the image of a woman walking her dog in Hanoi, while looking at dog meat for dinner in the market. I wish I had my camera for that.

There's something very maccabre about seeing all those grinning heads lined up on a market stall

Yay! Lucky theme for me as I just developed my first black&white film in high school - where I can develop as many of them as I want. So I'm not sure yet what shot I'll take but it will probably be shot with my EOS 33v.
Analog and stuff, you know?

(I just have my second black&white film in my camera; before that I only used color film as it's just much cheaper. But without the costs for developing it might just get the cheaper solution again )

Well it's pretty nice to see we got quite some entries now (29), seems like On Assignment was brought back

The questions are:
Is it because it's back on top of the page and not somewhere hidden inbetween?
Or...
Is it because of the PDF-book?
Or...
Is it because you can use older shots?
Or...
Is it a mix of all of them?

The increased time range is a big plus for those who, like me, don't have many opportunities to get out and shoot.
