Bjorn, my vote also went to you this month. All were really nice pictures, but yours brought out the most emotion. I've seen that poem before, but also really like it, and try to remember it when I am talking to seniors.
Thank you very much guys, I appreciate it. The poem really influenced me as well. My grandmother's dementia has had a big impact on her and her role in the family, and the poem certainly puts things in different perspective. It's hard to empathise with people who suffer from dementia because we cannot tell what it is really like, but I feel that a poem like this at least helps us understand and deal with it in a better way.

I would like to let you all know the theme for March a little ahead of schedule, so you can already start brainstorming. Next month's assignment will be themed "Growing up". I'll start on another lap around the sun early in March and realize much has changed in the last few years. Thus, I would like to see how others translate the process of growing up (or getting older) into a photograph.
Get those photographic areas of your brain in action and start thinking about an idea, I want to get lots of entries for my birthday!
