Suggestions for themes

The problem with themes based on seasons (and the requirement that the image is taken in the current month) is that half of us are experiencing summer just as you are having winter.

It doesn't necessarily have to be the winter season, perhaps just the holiday season. It could be a picture of a Christmas tree or a menorah, whatever you celebrate.

"It's a sign" could be a theme.
Thus the interpretation would be open to more than just signs, billboards, roadsigns. etc.
I'd say juxtaposition and complementary themes within the photo would work well or even a photo subject not containing a physical sign but rather an implied sign of things to come or events that have past....
I dare say the number of 'on assignment' participants for such a theme would be good.

Tree(not trees),..as in find one unique.

Max shutter speed(whatever your cam tops at)

Power(free style,..anything)

At Work(free style,anything)

Wet (freestyle,anything)

Sharp Points,,....ditto..

Look over me if any have been done.

But what about reflections?

Take a picture made through a mirror, reflecting objects (sunglasses, whiteboards, etc), water reflections.

How about, "Create a Meme?" Take a photo and add some text to it.
