A temporary macro substitute

Postby computerlen » Sat Oct 04, 2014 7:44 pm

Quite a number of years ago I entered a photo contest in the USA and won third-place. It really surprised me because I had sent in a close-up photo of an hibiscus flower that I had taken with my very inexpensive digital camera. It did not have a macro setting so I held a magnifying lens taken from an old telescope or closed-circuit camera in front of its lens. It worked and looked good! Just a suggestion. Len Jeffrey. Oshawa, Canada.
