I still don't know how to attach photos directly into text from flickr because i can't link directly to a jpg.

It's an amateur attempt, but still. Using Pentax K200D, Tamron 70-300 LD Di at F8.0, ISO 100, 1/40 on a Velbon Aluminum Tripod. 100% crop. I may have forgot to turn of the IS. I honestly don't remember. Anyway, would my lens benefit from a cheap 1.7 teleconverter in a situation like this? Woult af work at 300 (510) mm with heaps of light available?

Sorry for the bad quality(did a bit of sharpening as well),my compact is the only camera that provides me with 400mm+ range.
