Which of the Fujifilm Finepix HS50EXR, Panasonic Lumix FZ200 and Canon Powershot SX50 HS is best for Action Photography (sports, wildlife and aviation)?

That may depend on the use. The Canon SX50HS has a whopping 1200mm reach, so if the main concern is a long lens, the SX50HS is the best option.
Now, if you're going to be shooting at low light situations, you might like to have a close look at the Lumix FZ200 as it has a constant f/2.8 aperture, and at 600mm max, it can go pretty far. With my SX20 IS at 560mm I can get close enough to most things, but if you will shoot very far away or you want a great close up, I'd go with the SX50HS.

By the way, concerning image quality, both are pretty much the same, both have 12MP and can shoot RAW, so don't worry too much about it :)

Hope I helped :)
