Panasonic Lumix TZ70 / ZS50

Thought I'd beat you to it with this thread Gordon ;)

In the lens section of your review, you end the paragraph saying "The closest focusing distances with the lenses set to wide are 3cm, 5cm and 1cm respectively allowing all to capture good macro images, although giving the Canon the overall edge."

Does this mean that the Canon has the edge in taking macro photos? Is it a slight edge or a massive edge? Also, I'm unsure from what you've said before in the lens section of the review what it is that the Canon has the edge with?

Down below sample video 5 you say "There's no way to tell the camera where or when to refocus,"

This is different to being able to select manual AF areas when taking photos? You can still do that via the dials/knobs etc??
