Panasonic GM1 crippled feature-set comparative to GX1

The crippled featureset though not a deal breaker for me for such a small camera size and price are:
- no auto-panorama mode
- no 50|60p 1080 movie modes
etc

if it is because of a smaller size|powered processor compared to GX7?

also auto-panorama is not there, but if any normal panorama stitch assist mode is available. As I don't like the limited auto-mode panoramas anyways.. But an assist mode can be really helpful where camera locks exposure and white balance and help you with on screen guides to move in small distances!!

The absence of 1080p is due to overheating and the lack of auto-panoramas is something to do with having to use an electronic shutter for the speeds above 1/500 required by the auto-panorama mode which can cause the rolling shutter / skewing effect.

But the feature set still has loads the GX1 doesn't - see my review!
