Has anyone used the wacom bamboo pen and touch?

Is the Wacom Bamboo Pen and Touch worth the extra $30 compared to Bamboo Pen? I'm mainly getting it for digital imaging editing in photoshop cs4. Does the touchpad add any enhancements to the work flow? I've heard that the special features like zoom and rotate do not work well.

I use a wacom pad. I am definitely a novice user, but more and more I find it essential when using PS. I use the zoom a lot. It seems to work well for me. I am not so keen on the pressure sensitive brush size, but I am getting used to it.

Thanks for the post. After a little bit of consideration I've decided to kick it up a notch and get the Intuos4 Medium.
