Please help me to make my photography site

Hello friends , Good day , I am very new at photography, I love photography , Recently i get a Camera and i start collecting/capturing photo and i am thinking to make my personal photography website. So that i searched at internet for some idea and the site {http://www.chimaeraphoto.com} looks nice. I want to make a site like that one. How can i do it or how much i have to pay for that? Does anyone know how can I find these?
