DxO Labs releases OpticsPro 10

Postby Bob Andersson » Sat Nov 01, 2014 10:39 am

Hi folks,

A quick heads up that DxO Labs has released Optics Pro v10 and that they are running a promotional offer through November 25th with almost a third off the Elite edition. I switched to v9 (Elite) last year and it was a revelation compared to Adobe's ACR and the new version is faster and has some neat new tricks. The best just got better but you don't have to take my word for it as they offer a free trial (link). If you have a supported camera/lens combination (list) and some noisy high ISO images then be sure to check out the PRIME denoising, similarly the new atmospheric haze removal/reduction "ClearView" feature.

OK, this reads like an advertorial but I have no connection with DxO Labs apart from being an extremely satisfied user and at least you don't have to part with any cash to find out if it works as well for you as it does for me!

Bob.
