Is it possible to get some good software for minor editing to pictures. That is either free or very low cost. Or is it just not worth it...... am I better saving up n getting a slightly pricery one. ?
Please comment on my posts-The feedback can only make me get better !

Probably the best free image editor out there is The GIMP.

You can try PicMoneky, it is good for minor picture editing task.
