i want to know which is the best photo editing tool

photoshop cs or photoshop elements

actually whts the difference between them?

First, what would you use either for?

Photoshop Elements is practically a simpler, less featured-packed version of Photoshop. I don't exactly know which features PSElements lacks, but maybe someone can help you out with that.

So as I asked, the one you'd need depends a lot on what you'd be using it for.

I use Adobe image ready which is an additional feature that comes with version 7.
These beautiful hand tufted rugs are available in different shapes.

I am using photoshop for more than 3 years and its my favorite tool to do any kind of editing work. It is user friendly and good to work.
