I've had a bunch of weird seams using Canon's stitcher, but I was shooting handheld. I did remember to lock exposure and white balance.

Well I shoot panos on a tripod mainly, but still sometimes I can get weird seams too, especially in a blue sky, seems like depending on the camera's angle towards the sky, depends the tone of blue that the camera records.
