Back from Alaska

Postby dliveleyphotography » Sat Jul 26, 2008 7:12 pm

Just spent two weeks in Alaska, its an amazing trip to go on if you want to use lots of photography on your trip. I ended up taking 21GB in raw pics, here are a few that I like:

Super rare sighting of lynx at Denali National Park:

Great pics, love the bird (is that an eagle?) and the bear. How did you manage to capture those so well?

Amazing Shots. I especially like the eagle (or whatever it is) in picture one.

Looks like I might just have to go to Alaska in the future :)

The cool thing about the Lynx photo is that I didn't see it at first. I definitely love all of the shots, especially that Eagle, and the nice landscapes.

whoooohoooo...egggggselent work...I like the intensity you captured in the eagle, and the grandness of that bear...a grizzley? yikes...almost missed the lynx/bobcat, with his perfect camo...the pristine landscapes, something to let your eye wander around, and those strange tracks...I can hardly wait to see some the others...hope you will continue to post them, as you continue to process them..

Alaska. A good place to go...did you take a cruise, or did you go on a photo extravaganza...

Thanks all.

I will post more once I get my new harddrive in, my desktop is full and my laptop is not powerful enough to process the pics (old). Should be in and going in a few days.

Wow, great photos! I think my favourite is #6. I guess it's because it looks like Scotland!

Some stunning shots there. I particularly like the 2nd 4th and 8th shot. What an amazing time you must have had.

Cheers Ormina

These are all pretty stunning mate but 1 & 2 in particular stand out. I've always fancied Alaska, this only makes it worse, lol. Really well done.
